My Story

Hi, I’m Mindy Wilds!
Founder of Mindy Wilds Consulting!

I help PACE organizations strengthen interdisciplinary teams, improve care planning, and create systems that keep participants at the center of every decision.

I bring more than 30 years of nursing experience to my work, including over 14 years in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). My PACE journey began at Palmetto SeniorCare in Columbia, South Carolina, where I served as a Home Care Coordinator and discovered my passion for the model’s integrated, participant-centered approach. I quickly became a Center Director and then the Executive Director of that program. Since then, I’ve held leadership roles across California, including Executive Director of WelbeHealth Sequoia PACE, Regional Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of PACE Excellence. These experiences deepened my belief that great care depends on strong teams, clear processes, and confident facilitators. Today, I partner with PACE organizations to assess challenges, design practical solutions, and guide teams toward stronger collaboration and better outcomes. I think of my work as architecting for PACE—building the frameworks and habits that help teams do their best work for the people they serve.
